For the first time, last Thursday I attended Creative Loafing’s Handmade Happy Hour. In this session we did butting and made a paper banner out of old maps. Which was super cool. I did something different and made my banner into heart shapes. The host was Danni LeTendre she crafts handbags out of things that normally get thrown away. Her recent collections are made from old maps. If you would like to see some of her creations her website is

Looking for something fun and creative to do on a Thursday Night? Head down to the Copperhead’s Tap House. The event happens every Thursday Night 9 until close and don’t worry about leaving your furry friend. Well behaved four legged pouches are welcome and all ladies drinks are BOGO. I went last week and if it wasn’t such a far drive from me, I would be there weekly. Copperhead’s tap house is located at 670 Main Street Safety Harbor, Florida
